In March, we brought together all of MRCO’s highest performing restaurant leaders for our annual company recognition rally.
Highlights from this year’s meeting include the launch of MRCO’s Founders’ Club (formerly known as the Cash for Consistency Award), which recognizes top performing RGMs and Area Coaches for their improvements in controllable profits. All Founders’ Club members were entered into a drawing for a chance to win a seven-day cruise with one guest, $1,000 spending money and paid time off (PTO) for the week of their trip. This year, we had two lucky winners!
In addition to naming Founder’s Club honorees, we announced a number of other award winners.
