Spotlight: Anabel Soto, Shift Manager

This is Anabel Soto, a dedicated Shift Manager at our Taco Bell. Anabel has been with MRCO for almost 17 years and shares that the company has really had a positive impact on her life during that time. 

She’s grateful for MRCO’s willingness to provide flexibility, meet her where she’s at in life and take care of team members with great benefits and perks.

You see, Anabel is a single mom. When she first interviewed, she was searching for a job that could work around her schedule, not the other way around. Because of flexible schedules, numerous pay raises and paid vacations, she found exactly what she needed here!

“I am able to be there for my children, for everything,” she says. 

MRCO not only works to support single parents in their quest for quality work that will help provide for their families, but according to Anabel, she’s seen changes for the better in benefit offerings, too. 

“When I first started as a manager, we didn’t have paid vacations, we didn’t have bonuses,” she explains. “But MRCO is good at, you know, getting those benefits for all their employees.”

The reason? It’s simple: Our people matter! We want to be the most satisfying place for our team members to eat, work and grow, and it starts with treating people like Anabel well.
