This is Robert Powell. He’s the Team Management Trainer (TMT) for our Harding Place location in metro Tennesee; he’s been a TMT for MRCO for 15 years.
Robert is a self-proclaimed people person, which is why he has a lot to say about company culture.
“It’s a great feeling to be around people of all walks of life every day,” Robert says. You can see his enjoyment when conversing with peers.
Robert says everyone he’s met at MRCO has been great to visit with: nice, humble.
“You feel like it’s family, you know,” he adds.
Already in a management role, he strives for more. And he’s confident and optimistic that that’s possible at MRCO where we care about our people. We look forward to watching Robert’s steady climb up the career ladder!
